Our Dear Customers,
we at TQC International (TQCI) believe that successful managing of
organizations depends greatly on the extent of dynamism and
interlocking that can be handled in designing the business systems
(i.e., strategies, processes, procedures, etc.) of any organization
and the synergy that can be achieved for better performance. Hence,
our focus is on keeping the connectivity between all the business
systems and be able to track all changes that a system may undergo,
such as a strategic change, and the effect of this change on all
different systems; i.e., processes, departmental roles, job
assignments, infrastructure requirements, etc.
